GateKeep is an independent browser extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with Amazon.com, Inc., Keepa GmbH, or their subsidiaries or affiliates.
Use of GateKeep
GateKeep provides workflow tools and eligibility signals for Amazon sellers using Keepa. You are responsible for using GateKeep lawfully, maintaining your own Amazon seller account compliance, and reviewing all sourcing decisions before buying inventory.
No Guarantee of Selling Outcomes
GateKeep provides eligibility signals and workflow tools. It does not guarantee Amazon approval, profitability, inventory outcomes, account status, product eligibility, or the accuracy of every signal. You should still review Amazon account status, restrictions, profitability, sourcing requirements, and policy obligations before acting.
Chrome Extension and Keepa Workflow
GateKeep is built to work alongside Keepa in desktop Chrome workflows. Keepa, Amazon, Seller Central, Chrome, and related third-party services may change their websites, policies, or technical behavior at any time. Those changes may affect GateKeep functionality.
Free and Pro Access
The free version includes a limited number of daily checks. GateKeep Pro is currently advertised at $9.99 per month and includes unlimited checks, advanced filters, bulk checking, history/export tools, and auto ungating tools. Feature availability may change as the product evolves.
Subscriptions and Cancellation
GateKeep Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe. The current site states that Pro can be canceled anytime with no contracts or hidden fees. If you cancel, Pro access may continue until the end of the current billing period, then Pro features may be disabled. For billing support, contact support@gatekeep.tech.
Accounts, Licensing, and Install Limits
GateKeep may use licensing, authentication, and install-management systems to validate Pro access and prevent unauthorized use. You agree not to bypass licensing controls, share license keys in a way that violates the intended subscription, or interfere with GateKeep systems.
Acceptable Use
You may not use GateKeep to violate laws, third-party rights, Amazon or Keepa terms, security controls, or platform rules. You may not reverse engineer, resell unauthorized access, abuse support systems, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Third-Party Services
GateKeep may link to or rely on third-party services such as Chrome Web Store, Keepa, Amazon, Stripe, Supabase, analytics tools, support chat, and email providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
GateKeep is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GateKeep disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profit, lost data, inventory, account, or business losses arising from use of the website, extension, or Pro features.
Changes
We may update these terms as GateKeep changes. Continued use of the website or extension after an update means you accept the updated terms.
